Julie's Garden delivers to the Hill - but I have not eaten their almond chicken, so I can't comment directly.

Magic Dragon is no more. Little Shanghai is probably your best bet (above the QFC on broadway)

Little Shanghai is a watery mess. Genghis Khan delivers. They aren't as good as they used to be, but they still do some dishes awiiight: try the szechuan prawns and the mandarin chicken.

China First delivers to Capitol Hill, but I don't know how early delivery hours are.

The Safeway on 15th has Chinese that looks pretty bad. They don't deliver of course, but I thought I'd mention it in case you're close enough to (god forbid) walk.

Teriaki Madness on 15 has some Chinese-ish offerings. I'd avoid their General Tsao's, though, unless you enjoy deep-fried lego blocks. (Or at least that's what I assume is actually underneath the batter. I never got that far.) Their spicy chicken is quite good, though.

Depite the name, they're not strictly teriaki, their menu is all over the place - they even have fish'n'chips.

Oh, turns out they don't do delivery, though you can phone in an order for pick-up. (Hokay, so I can edit my answer, but not delete it?)

How about Ballet Restaurant, 914 E Pike. I think a Stranger reviewer once summed it up eloquently: "If you find Chinese food cheaper than Ballet, it's not as good; if it's better than Ballet, it's not as cheap."

There aren't really a lot of options. On Broadway between mercer and republican there's a fastfood chinese place called "magic dragon" or something.
