moderatorTaberna del Alabardero's paella got a rave review here:
"For our entree we shared the squid ink paella which was exellent. We've eaten paella throughout Spain and Europe and can say that the paella at Taberna was comparable to the best."

For a place a little more off the beaten track, paella is the specialty dish at Gaudí Spanish Restaurant, 3410 NE 55th St, Seattle 98105, (206) 527-3400. Quirky ambience and a nice little bar in addition to the restaurant. Definitely recommended by me.

You can get paella at Tango (pdf menu here). I've never ordered it, and don't know anything about paella, so you'll have to make the fusion call yourself. :)
