• Greens, baby! Spicy, peppery greens with chunks of pork in em. At least that's my preference, though greens seem to be either a love-or-hate thing for most people. The great thing about something like pulled pork is that you can serve about twenty thousand things with it: Mac and cheese Baked beans Pasta salad Cole slaw Potato salad Cucumber/tomato/onion yogurt salad (or any other summery sort of deal, like fruit) Corn Grilled veggies ...and so many more. lf greens are a go, l usually make mine with pork stock, bacon, garlic, onions, red pepper flakes, bit of tabasco, bit of vinegar, salt and pepper. l will substitute, add, or switch up roasted red peppers, jalapenos and tomatoes, and the last time l made them, added chipotles, which was REALLY good.
