Keyboard issues: need replacement keys (broken space bar and a few others). Have lost question mark functionality. Sony Vaio Laptop; works good other than this minor hardware issue. Advice needed!

Advanced Laptop in at 25th & 80th put a new keyboard on my MacBook. No complaints. But their web site is down at the moment. I hope they're still there.

I was really happy with the service and price at the UBookstore when they replaced my Powerbook keyboard last month. The turnaround was unbelievably fast - about 3 hours.

I don't know if they service the Vaio, but you could give them a call and check: 206.634.3400

They sell Sony computers so I would be surprised if they didn't service them as well.

What model of Vaio is it? it might be cheaper to purchase a replacement keyboard and intsall it yourself. Depending on the model it can range from $20 to $80 and usually replacing a laptop keyboard is very simple.
