Follow up: What is a good "brand" of multi-vitamin/everyday vitamin?

I'd gladly ask this in the current vitamin question. :/
You guys have gotten me thinking I should consider daily vitamins.....

I'd like to cover as much stuff as possible with one pill. I definitely wouldn't take two. I'd like to hear the findings of any vitamin research undergone. Thanks!

I use a multi made by Genuine Health, and have liked it more than any other. I usually supplement my multi's with other nutrients (B Complex, Astragalus, D), and usually notice a difference in my energy level if I skip them. I haven't had that happen with this brand, and they offer a Multi+ line that targets specific needs/wants. They're more expensive than your typical generic, but they work much better (so it seems). I buy mine at Metro Market.

Since you'll never be pregnant, you might want to consider an iron-free multi, unless you know you have some issues with anemia. Most people get enough iron from their diets and taking extra isn't a great idea.

Men's One™ Energy Multivitamin by Rainbow Light could be a consideration for you. Here's a link to the product's "supplement facts":

They're all basically the same. Find one that is easy to swallow and doesn't taste like ass.

Source of Life pretty much gives you everything you need and more in a whole food multivitamin. They're pricey ($40-45 for a bottle 180), but when I take them I hardly ever get sick. Plus, the dosage level allows you to ration your intake. The bottle tells you to take 3 a day, but that's to get 100+% of everything. Really, if you have a sound, nutritious diet you only need to take one a day, in which case the bottle of 180 can last you six months.

Usana makes very high quality supplements, but I don't think that you can buy it locally.
