Have you ever been in an actual fist fight?

As an adult or when you were a child?

Never ever. I would get my ass completely kicked. Even when wresting with my girl friends (ooh la la!) who are tinier than me I get my ass kicked. I just don't have that rage in me.

As a kid, damned near every day until I was about 14 and realized everyone but me was growing and eventually I was gonna get my ass really kicked. I'm the youngest of 13, so even though I was smaller than all my classmates, I was used to being beat on by kids much older and bigger than me (my siblings), so fighting with kids my own age was a piece of cake. I got my butt kicked sometimes, but it was never any fun for the kicker; I fight dirty.

As an adult, I've been invited to fight a couple times, but would prefer not to go to jail for assault or have my teeth busted out or get fired.

I hate fighting. Always did. Adrenaline rushes make me really sick. But I guess I just came from a kind of a violent family and that's how I dealt with things as a kid. These days, I'm not even remotely confrontational, but I would decidedly defend myself if physically attacked.

Sort of. I was in eighth grade, coming out of choir, and a kid tapped me on the shoulder. I turned around and he punched me in the face. I fell backwards, and a second later a Vice Principal came out of his office and broke us up. I got a three day suspension for being in a fight, and I have no idea why he was pissed at me.

Yes. Both, if you consider anyone over 18 an adult.

Yep, twice. Once in senior year; l got my ass kicked. Once back in probably '02. l hit her once and knocked her out.

l didn't start either one, nor am l proud of either one. l'm a lover, not a fighter.

Yes, living in Ireland. Those people love to fucking fight! And the police kind of egg you on... Out of curiosity Granny Smith, what about you? Did you just get into a fish fight for the first time? What prompted this question?

I got punched in the face once...
I was punched in the face then I ran away- she was a softball player- much bigger than I was.
Dont ever make out witha softball player's boyfriend if you know she can kick you ass, even if he tells you they were broken up...

    I think I was 17

I got in a small fight in 8th grade. I was weak and had noodley arms. Lose.

A year ago me and my friend decided we'd never been in fights and wanted to be in one so we had a drunken (no face punches) "fight". It was fun but, y'know, my face was fine so... whatever. Hopefully we'll do it again soon.

many as a child, including all sorts of awkward junior high moments; fat kid in the gifted class who speaks with a lisp with convict-dad in prison? those were brutal times.

Yes, both. I don't trust men who have never been in a fight.

Why not yet, though the thought of pulverizing you is quite appealing.
