What's the story behind the closing of Second Time Around on the Ave?

I just noticed that 2nd Time Around is now gone. The store is locked up with a For Lease sign on it.

I know online music stuff is probably what killed this (mostly) used record store, but did the store just close out of the blue or has it been publicly known for awhile that it was closing? Where did their stock go? Did semi-crazy Barbara who owned the place also own the building? Does/did she also own the adjoining business? (A few years back the store was divided into two separate halves, with the left half being turned into a restaurant.) When did 2nd Time Around open (it seems like it's been there forever)? What were all the business that tried existing on the second floor?

(Semi-related: here's the Stranger's coverage of Cellophane Square's closing four months ago:

I'm surprised it was around for as long as it was. How many people these days buy from record stores, much less used record stores?
