Tilikum Place Cafe , in Belltown/Lower Queen Anne (right by the 5 Point). It's delicious, I eat lunch there about once a week, and with tip it comes out to about $15. I can't talk this place up enough; they have an organic/locally-sourced POV, interesting ingredients, a frequently-changing menu, and an excellent staff. Totally worth it.

If you're in Seattle, the answer is always: Teriyaki or Pho. For $15 you could get both.

Yes, where are you located at during lunchtime?

What types of foods do you generally like/hate?

    Any dietary restrictions?

How much time do you have for lunch?

Also, does your "I've got $15" mean "Wow, I have $15 to spend on lunch!" or "Damn, I just have a measly $15 to spend on lunch"?

I rarely spend $15 on lunch so perhaps I can't help you at all. Is it typical for people to spend $15 on lunch nowadays??

    - Walk outside. Look around.
    - Pick a place. Eat there.
    - If it sucks, eat somewhere else tomorrow. If it doesn't, eat there again, or try something else.

Hey, it's not much, but you didn't give us much to work with in the first place. But seriously, if you're eating out for lunch, it's rarely worth traveling farther than a few blocks to do so: The time, effort and associated stress it takes to go farther is rarely worth the payoff. So what you've got around you is typically your best bet.
