Wood Puzzle from Halloween junk: Calling all scrabble or anagram enthusiasts!

The local Kroger store is selling off Halloween decorations at 50% off or better. This year, they have six carved wooden signs that say "Spooky" or "Beware" for $2 each.

I'm sure that some other messages could be made out of these signs, with the clever use of a jigsaw or saber saw. But I want to be sure before buying them, touching them up, and giving them away or saving them.

Here's the rules: You may only use letters from these signs. ("Spooky" "Beware")

You MAY slice up letters in an attempt to make another letter out of it. Example: A Capital E could become a capital F. The k in spooky could be an l after surgery.

Try to make as few cuts as possible as all six of the letters in each sign are attached...that is, they are all one piece of wood that some pre-programmed jig has carved out of a single block of wood per sign.

The "S" "Y" and "B" are oversized (capitals) and all letters have a serif (that bar at the start or end of each letter). Otherwise, they basically look like this same font you're reading now.

(There are hanging loops attached by fine gold jewelry screws behind the "S", "k", "B" and "r"... but they could be moved/swapped around. Each sign has two such hangers currently.)

What can you word puzzle addicts come up with?

    Alright, I'll play.

    I tried to cut apart the letters as little as possible, and came up with...

    "Books are cool"

    This requires you to have a second "Spooky" sign to cut up the S into a "c", but maybe you could cut down the "p" into that "c"...... and of course, the "k" gets cut off to become just an "l".

    I figure you can give this to your local library or elementary school.

    But then I also came up with
    "we are Spooky" and by adding another "Beware" sign:
    "Beware, we are Spooky", or
    "Beware, we B Spooky". Does that count?

    Ignoring the third rule about keeping them all stuck together:

    "i love BearS" (maybe for a gay friend)

    k = i
    p = l
    w = v

    or maybe "Raver Scum" (for a friend who likes dayglo)

    B = R
    y = v
    o = c
    o = u
    w = m

    of of course "Peace y'all"

    B = P
    o = c
    flip and cut the w for a little capital A without a bar and use the cuttings for the apostrophe
    p and k = l's

    I know these aren't very creative, but so far I've come up with:

    Book Spy

    Wear Books

    Bed Sore

    those are without cutting up any letters...
