Whole smoked whitefish?

Can anyone recommend a good store to pick-up whole smoked whitefish in the Seattle metro area?

Are you looking for "whole" meaning in-the-round? Or just a whole side/fillet? If you want an entire fish you're going to have to go to the ID and it'll probably be hit or miss in the small markets. For a side I'd check farmers markets this weekend, but you're more likely to find smoked salmon than white fish- although black cod is your best shot around here.

Try I Love New York Deli. They, for sure, have smoked whitefish salad, which, when I saw it, made me drool till I had the sandwich containing it getting chomped on inside my mouth. I think I saw some pieces of smoked whole fish/fillets in their deli case. Call 'em.

2 locations. Roosevelt just north of Scarecrow, and in the Market.
