Best coffee shops in Seattle...?

Okay, I know this is a nearly impossible question (as I cannot answer it myself). I am going home to Seattle for about a week over thanksgiving and there is no way I can visit ALL of my favorite coffee shops in that amount of time. Not to mention, there could be an array of new shops opened since I was last in town. So what are your favorites?

I second Fremont Coffee if only because their coffee is amazingly nonacidic.

My criteria for a coffee place is equal parts serving as a hangout and serving quality coffee and sides (food, pastries, etc). Wi-fi not necessarily required: If I feel comfortable chilling out in your place, that's great. Generally, I find most coffee/espresso drink offerings similar, and more notably bad exceptions than notably good ones. Pretty much everything mentioned below is positively acceptable at least, and in some cases even good.

Neighborhoods that I frequent, with coffee shops of choice.

Queen Anne: El Diablo at the top of the hill. Cuban espresso is worth trying at least once. It can get packed, though.

Capitol Hill: Fuel, and... uh... Fuel. The product from everyone else blends together. I won't say they suck, but I wouldn't hold one ahead of the other. Fuel's staff is friendly, their coffee is clean, with less grit and more taste, and they've got the cleanest, shiniest space you'll find.

Fremont: Fremont Coffee and Canal Coffee. Opt for Canal if the weather's nice: GREAT patio seating. Fremont's space is neat as they sprawl the seating throughout a converted house. Peet's is standard issue but they've got a neat 2nd floor space.

U District: Solstice, Cafe Allegro, Trabant. Solstice's coffee is rich and they've got hands down the best interior design in town. Try one of their sandwiches too if you can. Allegro's hidden 2nd floor is a neat hangout or study spot. Hopefully the weather's clear and you can hang out on the balcony. And Trabant's got the clover (which brews splendid individual cups of drip coffee), which can't be beat, though drip coffee comes at a huge markup as a result.

Wallingford: Fuel. See above. They've got more seating and floor space in Wallyworld, though, plus a couch.
